Frequently asked questions

As a general rule of thumb, we use TCGPlayer.com’s Market Price as the baseline for our pricing of singles.

Exceptions exist for certain items, including but not limited to, graded cards, exceptionally rare cards, or cards with limited or no market data.

We generally use TCGPlayer.com’s Market Price for most sealed product, though any specific price may be slightly lower or higher depending on a variety of factors.

We use TCGPlayer.com’s Market Price as our starting point when buying cards. The amount we pay will be a portion of that value and may vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, condition, current inventory, and our expected speed of selling the card(s).

Note that in some cases we pay more for cards we particularly need.

Please note that we do not currently purchase sports singles at this location.

As a general rule, unless there is a pre-sale or reservation option explicitly available (usually available in our Events/Preorders section), we do not hold sealed product and it is first-come, first-serve.

The primary exception to this is Games Workshop special orders. Please pick all special orders within 7 days of being notified that they have arrived at the store.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of sealed purchased by a customer at management’s discretion.

To submit a list to be pulled, please email frankfort.ttd@ttdcollectibles.com with that list.

By default, we pull the least expensive printing we have readily available and strive to have all lists pulled within 24 hours of submission, though that may be extended from time to time.

Please let us know in your email if you need specific printings or need it for a specific event at a certain time.

We hold lists for 7 days after pulling.
