Chase has been an avid collector and trader of sports cards since 1990. While he likes to play basketball, football is his preferred sport to watch.

Starting in 2013 with Magic, Travis has been a competitive player that has made the Pro Tour. Additionally, he is a sports fan and a player of video games and the One Piece TCG.

DEPT MGR - YU-GI-OH!

Clifton has been playing since 2010, with his competitive journey starting in 2013. At YCS Niagara, he placed 2nd and has 16 premiere tops in the game. He also plays One Piece and Pokemon.

DEPT MGR - SPECIALTY

Starting with Yu-Gi-Oh! in 2008, Austin has reached Top 8 at the Regional in Columbus, OH in 2022 and Top 64 at YCS Philadelphia in 2023. He also plays One Piece, Union Arena, Lorcana, Pokemon (including a Top 8), and Magic. When he’s not flicking cards, he’s controlling armies for Warhammer 40k.

SHIFT MGR - SPORTS COLLECTIBLES

Cade has been collecting sports cards since 2023 and has dived headfirst into the hobby. He has played basketball, baseball, tennis, and soccer, though basketball is his favorite.

SHIFT MGR - MAGIC: THE GATHERING

When Alliances came out in 1996 was when Clay first dabbled in Magic. He has made the Day 2 cut multiple times in Grand Prixs. Currently learning One Piece TCG after being a big fan of the show.

Professor Max has been playing the Pokemon TCG since 2020. He is also a solid Yu-Gi-Oh! player (top 32), and has even placed 3rd at an SCG Invitational in Magic.

SPORTS COLLECTIBLES EXPERT

Starting with Tony Gwynn, Jason has been collecting since 1983. At one point running his own sports card store, he brings his expertise here. A golf player himself, he collects golf cards as well as the biggest WKU collector in the city.

MAGIC: THE GATHERING EXPERT

Before he even started school as a kid, Brian was a gamer (Sonic the Hedgehog). Picking up Magic: the Gathering in 2008, and has played at various levels including 2nd place SCG Legacy Challenge. Beyond gaming, Brian also got to travel to Amsterdam for People to People Sports Ambassadors for bowling as a youth.

MAGIC: THE GATHERING EXPERT

Beginning in 2011, Austin has been a long-time player of Magic. A frequent player in GPs and Opens, Austin has seen a lot of the competitive scene. He is also a fan of the GOAT format in Yu-Gi-Oh!

Navigating the jungles of the original Ixalan block, Cam has been an active player of Magic for years. She also plays Pokemon TCG & Yu-Gi-Oh! Her favorite art is Metalworker from Magic.

Starting with Yu-Gi-Oh! in 2014, Hannah quickly added Magic: the Gathering to her roster of games. Beginning to play more competitively in 2019. Additionally, she is a singer and guitar player with over 2 dozen live concerts under her belt. This is all in addition to over 8 years of running TTRPG sessions with her friends.

MAGIC: THE GATHERING EXPERT

With roots in early Pokémon video games, Emily added Magic: the Gathering around 2015. She rounds out her gaming life with video games and the occasional Pokémon TCG match. When she’s not at work, you can find her LARP’ing with a local LARP group.

POKÉMON EXPERT

A fan of the classic Super Mario Bros 3, Sean was an “Earley” consumer of games and geekiness. Kicking off the new millennia by picking up Pokémon TCG in 2001, and became a Professor in 2021. Creative in many ways, including art and music, he’s always wanting to express joy into the world.

YU-GI-OH! EXPERT

Starting with a variety of video games, Kai really rocked it out on Guitar Hero 2. Yu-Gi-Oh! became a part of his life in 2005. The only thing more fire than his trash talk in League of Legends is his skill in League of Legends.

With over a year of slinging ink in Lorcana, Blake has expanded to also playing Union Arena (JJK!!), and has just started getting into One Piece TCG.

SPECIALTY EXPERT

Halo CE is what spawned the gamer today that Cameron is. As a child, he played both Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokémon, but the first game he was really competitive in was Union Arena in 2024. He has since added other Bandai TCG to his repertoire.

TABLETOP GAMES EXPERT

A video game, Warhammer 40k, TTRPG, and board game player, Jeremy has experience throughout his area and beyond. A former Magic: the Gathering Expert, he also knowledgeable about Pokemon TCG and Yu-Gi-Oh!
